We stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Kata and were blown away by the quality of service and enhanced comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and provided a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, allowing us to unwind after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to everything we needed - from shops to restaurants and even the beach. It was truly a convenient and amazing experience.
We absolutely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

We had access to free Wi Fi. We loved phuket kata resort. The bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away...

few of nice tourist spots, for example community park were very close to the venue. appreciated the pool. there was free parking. location was within 10 min walking distance to kata noi beach.

Located close to the beach. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed swimming in the pool that offered a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel gardens and greenery created a pleasant environment.
Wi-Fi was inconsistent and kept disconnecting. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room despite using insect repellent.

Very good service, and clean nice rooms.
It is 15 min walk to the beach. But the hotel do provide a one way taxi service to the beach.

The location is fantastic with everything nearby - the street market and shops are just a few steps away while the beach is within walking distance. the breakfast is quite good with a nice variety. the swimming pools are well maintained and the staff is friendly.
The rooms are quite old and need refurbishment.

Location was perfect, the deluxe pool access room is spacious and well furnished. Pools are beautiful and buffet breakfast up with the best we have ever had. The hotel is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Enjoyed our stay.

the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and away from the main road noise. Our room was very clean and spacious with a great bathroom. We also really appreciated the friendly staff who were always happy to help us from check-in to check-out!
The WiFi was not reliable and kept cutting off which was a bit frustrating. the prices for food and drinks at the hotel were quite expensive, so we decided to go elsewhere for meals.

As for a beach hotel, this one is amazing location. It's just a few minutes' walk from the center and the beach. The hotel facilities are fantastic; the pool area, in particular, was great. There's also a pool bar that serves drinks, a bonus. Cleanliness was also something that impressed me; the hotel staff kept everything tidy. The hotel staff were the most excellent thing about my stay, from check-in to check-out. Everyone I encountered was accommodating and friendly.
